:

We are looking for a skilled Civil and MEP Materials Purchaser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring high-quality materials for construction projects, including civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) items, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and procure civil construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) and MEP materials (HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, etc.).
• Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to various project sites.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand material specifications and quantities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and track inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.
• Drive to suppliers or project sites when necessary to coordinate materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil and/or MEP materials procurement (minimum [X years]).
• Strong knowledge of construction and MEP materials.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
• Valid UAE driving license (or specify region as applicable).
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Flexibility to travel locally as required.
