Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Location: Ras al Khaimah

Salary: AED 7,500 - 10,000



We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP components are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems for construction projects.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of MEP services within the project's scope.

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans for MEP-related activities.

- Manage and lead MEP contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.

- Monitor the progress of MEP works and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

- Identify and resolve MEP-related issues and risks during the construction phase.

- Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections to ensure the proper installation and functioning of MEP systems.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

- Collaborate with procurement teams for materials, equipment, and labor required for MEP systems.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management.

- Proficiency in MEP design and construction principles.

- Strong understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
