Mep Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing MEP projects, with a strong background in both design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and implement MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance.
• Manage and mentor junior MEP staff.
• Candidate should be well aware of all Authority inspections and approvals to obtain Building completion certificate.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Candidate should be DM approved Engineer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
