Our Company require for MEP Project Manager for our company to lead the team of coordinators and workers in our client\'s project. Job Duties

Oversee and complete all phases of MEP projects, including planning, execution, and handover, while adhering to budgetary and time constraints.
Define project objectives, priorities, and targets, and effectively communicate them to team members and stakeholders.
Enforce compliance with relevant international and local standards, as well as company policies and protocols.
Create comprehensive engineering designs, specifications, and budgets for projects.
Monitor project advancement, adjusting plans as necessary to address risks and resolve issues.
Establish and nurture relationships with project stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure that projects meet contractual obligations, quality and safety standards, and financial objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the civil engineering industry.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Familiarity with international and local standards and regulations.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
