Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations of large-scale projects. The role requires leadership, strong project management skills, and technical expertise to ensure the efficient delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must be ready to join immediately and contribute to the successful execution of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee MEP projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and proper resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage MEP teams, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the team is aligned with project goals.
• Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a safety-first culture on site.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial tracking, and safety audits.

Qualifications & Must-Have Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in MEP project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications:
• Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) Engineer Card , with HVAC activity included.
• Equivalency certificate .
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and advanced project management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
