Terrafirma Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will bring 12-15 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, demonstrating expertise in overseeing and coordinating technical aspects of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all MEP project activities to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
• Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site teams for effective execution of works.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of proven work experience in MEP project engineering, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join the team is mandatory.
