Job Description

Develop and manage baseline schedules for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines. Utilize planning techniques such as earned value management, cost and schedule variance analysis, estimates at completion, and critical path analysis. Prepare and issue periodic dashboards to provide real-time MEP cost and schedule performance updates to project teams. Generate detailed cost and schedule reports to support data-driven decision-making for senior management. Develop integrated MEP master schedules using Primavera and/or Microsoft Project, incorporating interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors. Coordinate MEP schedules with civil and structural works to ensure smooth project execution and avoid conflicts. Monitor and assess all MEP program control tools to ensure compliance with project contractual obligations and technical requirements. Conduct trend analysis and evaluate MEP cost and schedule performance to identify potential risks and validate forecasts. Communicate key findings and risk assessments promptly to project stakeholders, ensuring proactive issue resolution. Oversee MEP-specific productivity targets, financial objectives, and KPIs, ensuring adherence to project goals and efficiency standards.
