Mep Planning Engineer
Job Description
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP activities.Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of MEP tasks.Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts.Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure availability of materials and equipment.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of MEP work.Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integration and coordination of MEP systems.Provide technical support and guidance to project team members. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP planning and coordination.Professional certification in MEP planning or project management.Experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Should be Available Locally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
