Role Description:

To head the Planning department and be responsible for the Planning of MEP Systems in Primavera P6 software.

Responsibilities:

Develop, Maintain, and update detailed cost and resource-loaded MEP construction schedule/program using Primavera P6 software.

To coordinate, analyze and integrate with the civil baseline program.

Coordinated with the project team and provide timely feedback about progress and delays.

To attend review meetings with clients, project managers, contractors, and other departments.

Assist in preparing delay claims and generate contractual letters accordingly.

Visit the site and review progress.

Prepare weekly / monthly project MEP progress reports.

Prepare short/long-term look ahead programs.

Prepare recovery/mitigation programs.

Comply with all company-related policies regarding HSE, QA/QC, and HR policy.

Maintain all documents as per ISO norms.

Person Specification:

Leadership skills -Should be able to manage subordinates.

Good Communication and contractual letter-writing skills
