The Role

Guildhall is seeking a highly skilled and experience MEP Manager to oversees the design, installation, and maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for a prestigious building and villas construction project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the MEP team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring systems are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: o Plan, schedule, and manage MEP-related activities across multiple projects. o Develop project budgets and ensure cost control for MEP systems. o Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved. Design & Engineering: o Review and approve MEP system designs, ensuring feasibility and compliance with standards. o Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into project designs. Team Leadership: o Lead and mentor MEP engineers and technical staff. o Allocate resources effectively and oversee performance. Coordination: o Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related matters. o Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. o Resolve technical and site issues promptly. Quality & Compliance: o Ensure all MEP systems adhere to local codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency regulations. o Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress. o Oversee system testing, commissioning, and handover to clients. Maintenance & Optimization: o Establish and implement maintenance programs for MEP systems post-project completion. o Recommend and implement system improvements to optimize performance.



Requirements

• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale building and villa construction projects. o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred). o Extensive experience in MEP design, installation, and project management. o Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and safety regulations. o Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools. o Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Competencies: o Strategic planning and problem-solving. o Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. o Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
