We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end MEP project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with MEP engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Technical Oversight: Review designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and local regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to address technical and operational issues.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Health and Safety: Ensure all MEP activities comply with local health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and engineering best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
