Job Description

Minimum 15 years of experience as MEP Manager in the field of Building Construction (Unlimited)

2.? ?Technically well versed in Electrical, Plumbing and also HVAC works.

3.? ?Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades.

4.? ?Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project .

5.? ?Coordinating and managing the MEP trades on major construction projects. This candidate will work with Project team to ensure successful completion of all MEP trade work.

6.? ?Assist Planning department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading.

7.? ?Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans

8.? ?Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation

9.? ?Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & Owner

10.? ?Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff

11.? ?Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed

12.? ?Represent the Organization in regard to the MEP process at weekly Owner's and contractors meetings

13.? ?Supervise, develop and mentor project staff, if applicable

14.? ?Lead and direct the 3-D coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations

15.? ?Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades

16.? ?Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings.

17.? ?Candidate should be DM approved Engineer.

18.? ?Candidate should be well aware of all Authority inspections and approvals to obtain Building completion certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
