We are in need of an ambitious and energetic female MEP Manager with UAE experience to help us expand our local clientele base and handle all the techno-commercial activities of our MEP company. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE UAE WORK EXPERIENCE. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and budgets.
- Develop a growth strategy focusing both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting the clients objectives.
- Be present at meetings with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing sales contracts while ensuring adherence to the law.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager and/or Estimator from the MEP Field, Project Management, Contract Management, Design and Estimation, or any relevant field.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Master's degree will be a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of all divisions of HVAC, ELV, & other systems, configurations, and supplier base for rates, costs & pricing.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of UAE experience in the relevant field.
- Commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of cost estimation methods and tools.
- Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (Additional languages will be a plus).
- UAE Market knowledge.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Efficient time management and planning skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
