Requirements:

12 years experience in relevant feild.
Minimum 5 years as design and installation manager to lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers. (Preferably with consultants)
Graduate/Post graduate in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in HVAC design and installation.
Knowledge of heat load calculation, machine selection, BMS etc. a must.
Knowledge and experience of Fire Fighting design and installation.
Knowledge and experience of water supply, Plumbing and drainage design.
Working knowledge of associated electrical engineering services and fire alarm system.
Must be a team leader capable of coordinating with sub consultants and guide the site team.
