National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company is a leading manufacturer of fire fighting equipment and systems, serving clients globally. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our MEP systems.



Responsibilities:



• Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs and installations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues with MEP systems.
• Train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of MEP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
• Monitor and control energy consumption of MEP systems to ensure cost efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP maintenance and implement them as necessary.



Requirements:



• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid professional license or certification in MEP maintenance is preferred.
