Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer (MEP), Associate level, with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a key player, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing electrical systems to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable engineering solutions while maintaining our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical design development, from concept to construction design

- Ensure power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems meet project and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with architects, mechanical, and structural teams to optimize building design

- Assist in preparing technical proposals, fee estimates, and tender documents

- Supervise engineers and modeler teams and ensure compliance with local & international codes

- Engage with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to discuss electrical design solutions

- Manage QA/QC processes and ensure quality across all project stages

- Utilize BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for design integration and coordination

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

- 15+ years of experience in MEP electrical design and consultancy

- Strong knowledge of power systems, lighting, ELV, and fire protection

- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools

- Familiarity with UAE Codes and international standards (DEWA, ADDC, NFPA, BS, IEC, etc.)

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to mentor and guide engineers/modelers
