This is a partnership opportunity to make your own team and earn a percentage of the monthly profit. We are looking for highly skilled engineers and supervisors in the following domains: 1) HVAC 2) ELECTRICAL 3) PLUMBING This is not a job for everyone; this position is only for super-competent individuals. Six-month challenge: You will need to invest with us 35k AED, and you will get 3% share of the company and you will get a partner visa. You will make your own team; you will hire a technician and a helper. We will do the marketing,sales,customer service, and accounting. We will send you maintenance jobs to complete. Please don\'t apply if you don\'t have the below: More than 7 years of experience in the UAE. Clear communication in Arabic or English. Proven record of being able to make and lead winning maintenance teams. Excellent budgeting skills Deep understanding of your domain. Good understanding of the domain market in the UAE. Excellent troubleshooting skills. You must be good at hiring and training your team members. Excellent management skills.
