Job Summary:

The MEP Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at construction sites. They ensure the work is completed on time, meets quality standards, and follows safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise MEP installation and maintenance work on site. Ensure work is done according to plans, drawings, and safety regulations. Manage and lead a team of MEP workers and subcontractors. Ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues on site. Inspect and test MEP systems to ensure proper functioning. Report progress to the MEP Supervisor or Project Manager. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in MEP installations or construction. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read construction plans and drawings. Safety-conscious with knowledge of construction site safety rules.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
