Job Description
1. Experienced in Electrical, Mechanical Works, including Plumbing
2. Execute the construction work within the allocated time frame through the proper understanding and studying of the drawings and specifications of the project
3. Proficient in reading and implementing technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
4. Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP trades, including electrical and plumbing teams.
5. Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, plans, and local codes.
6. Responsible for control of the material and site labour.
7. Manage and supervise the daily activities of the MEP technical team.
8. Schedule and manage day-to-day operations of the MEP teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
9. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with project requirements.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
11. Excellent leadership skills
EXPERIENCE 2-3+ YEARS
Must have UAE experience
Must Manual Driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2.00 - AED3.00 per month
