Job Description

Supervision and Coordination:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP trades, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams.
• Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, plans, and local codes.
• Schedule and manage day-to-day operations of the MEP teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with project requirements.
• Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures and procedures.

Safety Management:

• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for MEP personnel.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is used.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
• Assist in the development and updating of project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and any issues.

Resource Management:

• Manage and monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
• Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working condition.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, time sheets, and progress reports.
• Prepare and submit reports to project managers on a regular basis.
• Document any changes to project plans or specifications and communicate these to relevant parties.

Problem Solving:

• Identify potential problems or obstacles and develop solutions to overcome them.
• Resolve conflicts between team members or trades promptly and effectively.
• Address technical issues by consulting with engineers or other experts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
