- Oversee all aspects of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems in our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. - Conduct regular inspections of all MEP systems and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely. - Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all MEP systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. - Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance of MEP systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with MEP systems, including responding to emergency situations. - Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on MEP systems. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in MEP systems to make recommendations for improvements and upgrades. - Train and mentor junior staff members on proper maintenance and operation of MEP systems. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on MEP systems. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. - Experience with building automation systems and energy management. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in French and English is required.
