Job Description

lCost Estimation: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for MEP systems( Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing system).

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination:

Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services (if required).

Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate pricing.

Budget Management:

Assist in developing project budgets.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of estimates, change orders, and cost variations.

Prepare Material submittals for consultant review

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using Autocad,

Knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:

Previous experience as an MEP estimator or similar role( min 2 years GCC experience).

Familiarity with Dubai's construction industry and local regulations.

Education:

At least Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering , or a related field.

Other Requirements:

Gender preference: Male /Female.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
