Mep Estimation Engineer/quantity Surveyor (female Only)
Job Description
We are looking for MEP Estimation Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor preferably Arabic Female Palestine Nationality must have a good degree certificate, knowledge in working MEP Services and can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Evaluation of Tender/ Contract documents and Bill of Quantities.
• Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors/ Project Managers and Finalization of Variations Orders.
• Provide and maintain all back up documentation required for substations of claims/ invoices.
• Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract conditions.
• Preparation of Preliminary Estimation, Budget Estimation, Detailed Estimation (with rate analysis) insurance claims and administration.
• Sending inquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare materials and labor cost estimation and bid price.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
