Job Title: MEP Estimation Engineer (Electrical ,Plumbing& HVAC) Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for MEP projects from site visit and drawings.
- Review project specifications and drawings.
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost control.
- To calculate load schedule
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Previous Gulf experience in estimation or project management.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing , HVAC systems.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
