Mep Estimation Engineer
Job Description
Company in Al Ain is looking for MEP Estimation Engineer with 10-15 years experience in pricing projects in Electromechanical field (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting & Plumbing).
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electromechanical engineering projects.
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials required.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather necessary data for estimating purposes.
• Research and identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials or methods.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all cost estimates.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor quotes and proposals.
• Track and monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project.
• Preferably in Al AIn.
• Preferably can join immediately.
• Salary is negotiable based on work experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
