Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimation, tendering, and project management.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed estimates for MEP projects.
2. Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
3. Conduct site visits to gather information.
5. Develop and maintain cost databases.
6. Identify opportunities for cost savings.
7. Provide support during project execution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation.
3. Strong knowledge of ADDC / DEWA / ADDC / DCD regulations.
4. Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Autodesk, Planswift).
5. Must have Valid UAE Driving License.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
