We are seeking a highly Experienced MEP Estimator with over 05 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of MEP systems and project estimation, with a proven track record of successfully managing cost estimation and budgeting for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Provide value engineering options and alternative solutions to optimize project costs.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of material, labour costs, and historical project data.
• Participate in bid review meetings and support the preparation of tender submissions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in MEP estimation within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
