Mep Estimation Engineer
Job Description
MEP ESTIMATION ENGINEER is required urgently for a reputed Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi.
Details:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 8 years' experience in MEP building construction projects.
• Must have experience in making the cost estimate of building packages and dealing with specialized agencies/subcontractor packages which include tendering, negotiations etc.
• Good command of computer software in the field of estimation & costing.
• Good knowledge of market rates/price of materials and various construction works tendering processes, local conditions and current trends.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
