• Application will be accepted those candidates have UAE Experience along with Dubai Municipality G+4 Certificate and Trakhees yellow card.

We are looking for a creative individual to join our team as a MEP Engineer. The responsibilities of the for designing and overseeing the construction and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings.

Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

• Design and PlanningSystem Design: Developing efficient mechanical (HVAC), electrical (lighting, power distribution), and plumbing systems for buildings.
• Blueprint Creation: Preparing detailed engineering designs, schematics, and specifications for systems to be installed.
• Cost Estimation: Estimating the cost of materials, equipment, labor, and timelines for completion of MEP systems.Load
• Calculations: Performing heating, ventilation, cooling, and electrical load calculations to size systems properly.
• Project CoordinationCollaboration with Other Disciplines: Working closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems with building designs.
• Review and Approval of Designs: Reviewing and approving shop drawings and designs submitted by contractors.
• Code Compliance: Ensuring systems meet local, national, and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Site Supervision Installation Oversight: Monitoring the installation of MEP systems to ensure they align with design specifications and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring quality control measures are in place during construction and installation.
• Problem Solving: Addressing technical issues and proposing solutions during the construction process.
• Testing and CommissioningSystem Testing: Overseeing the testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure proper operation.T
• roubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise during or after installation.
• Maintenance and Operations SupportMaintenance Guidelines: Providing guidelines and procedures for the operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Upgrading Systems: Recommending system upgrades or replacements for better efficiency or to meet new building codes.
• Documentation and ReportingProject Documentation: Maintaining project records, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and reports.
• Status Reporting: Regularly reporting the project's status to management, stakeholders, or clients.
• Sustainability and Energy EfficiencyEnergy Analysis: Evaluating systems for energy efficiency and sustainability, including renewable energy integration.
• Green Building Certifications: Supporting compliance with sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED).
