Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and schedule.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing design experience
• Fit-out/hospitality projects experience is required
• UAE Experience as MEP Engineer (5• hotels)
• Immediate joiners, VISIT, CANCELLED VISA
• Age under 35, personable and neat-looking
• Can speak English very well. Understanding Arabic is a plus
• BOQ working knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP design drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Perform load calculations and energy analysis for HVAC systems.
• Select appropriate equipment and materials based on project requirements and budget.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, and specifications.
• Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and verify design implementation.
• Develop comprehensive MEP design drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Select appropriate equipment and materials based on project requirements and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design issues and conflicts.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MEP design software and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design and engineering.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
