:Black & Grey is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Engineer with a specialization in stormwater systems to join a prominent landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi.The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs and will be accountable for maintaining high-quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and delivering successful project outcomes.Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and implement Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.- Conduct energy modelling and efficiency analysis for optimal system performance.- Design and manage fire protection systems.- Plan and manage power distribution and lighting control systems.- Implement emergency power systems.- Design and manage sanitary and stormwater systems, with a strong focus on stormwater system design and management.- Plan and implement gas distribution systems.- Work closely with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.- Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure the proper implementation of MEP systems.- Ensure all designs meet local building codes and regulatory standards.- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in MEP design and project management, with specific expertise in stormwater system design and management.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all MEP projects.- Immediately available candidates will be given preference.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
