About Us: WEFIX Technical Services L.L.C, a premier maintenance service provider based in Dubai, is renowned for delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer Incharge to join our team and lead our maintenance operations.

•Responsibilities:•

• Lead and manage a team of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) technicians, ensuring effective coordination and high-performance standards.
• Supervise and develop daily schedules for the maintenance team.
• Manage and arrange transportation in coordination with the Administration team.
• Identify and secure potential business opportunities.
• Train and manage the team to achieve maximum proficiency.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Analyze and verify quotations for accuracy and feasibility, ensuring a proper scope of work for all projects.
• Ensure all quotations and projects are completed on or before time.
• Ensure company checklists are being followed properly.
• Handle and manage client complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong focus on the quality of work, ensuring all maintenance activities meet our high standards.
• Address, manage, and minimize any back jobs, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues with complete customer satisfaction.
• Review and analyze leads to ensure the average order value meets company standards.
• Prepare quotations with a proper scope of work based on site inspections.
• Analyze the Profit and Loss (PnL) statements for maintenance projects, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

•Skills and Requirements:•

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Manager/Engineer.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, transportation, and team coordination.
• Smart and dynamic individual with a proactive approach.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to conduct detailed site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team management.
• Familiarity with Odoo CRM is an added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
