•Job Title:• MEP Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MEP subcontractors and overseeing all MEP-related work for G+10 and G+4 projects.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP works for G+10 and G+4 construction projects.

- Manage and coordinate with MEP subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of work.

- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and work schedules.

- Monitor site progress and ensure MEP installations align with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems promptly.

- Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to the project management team.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and Dubai Municipality requirements.

•Requirements:•

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in construction projects, including high-rise and mid-rise buildings.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and subcontractor management.

- Familiarity with local codes and Dubai Municipality regulations.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
