We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer

to join our team to oversee the management of MEP systems for labor camps in real estate developments. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the labor camp facilities, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP engineering, particularly in construction environments, and be able to effectively manage and support labor camp operations from an MEP systems perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for labor camps. Ensure all MEP systems meet local regulations and safety codes. Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless operation and integration of MEP systems. Manage troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for MEP systems within labor camps. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all MEP systems. Ensure compliance with sustainability and energy efficiency standards. Review and approve drawings, plans, and specifications related to MEP systems. Provide technical support and training for site staff on MEP operations and best practices. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in construction, real estate, or labor camp environments. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and equipment. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in MEP design and construction. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
