Secret Gardens LLC is looking for an MEP Engineer for our high end design-oriented landscaping & pool company to work alongside our experienced team of architects, engineers & construction professionals. Responsibilities

- Knows how to estimate landscaping and swimming pool to support on budget control as instructed by MEP Manager

- Has a basic knowledge on landscaping and swimming pool engineering standards followed in UAE such as Pool mechanical design, electrical schedule of load calculation.

- Ability to read and edit plans using cad and sketchup.

- Has a basic knowledge on prices of materials and labor cost calculation

- Knowledgeable on market suppliers and traders is a plus.

- Knowledgeable on actual works and supervision to assist the MEP manager.

- Has an attitude of keeping agreed deadline site accomplishment on timely manner.

- Assisting MEP Manager in following up materials for procurement.

- Can act as MEP manager on his absence.

- Coordination of works with designated PMs, Estimators and procurement.

Experience:

Minimum UAE Landscaping and Swimming pool experience (3 Years)

With Valid UAE Driving license is a REQUIRED
