Mep Engineer
Job Description
• Design and oversee MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection for various types of projects.
• Review project specifications, codes, and standards to ensure compliance with safety, efficiency, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems into building designs.
• Conduct field inspections and site visits to monitor progress and ensure proper installation of MEP systems.
• Perform load calculations, system sizing, and energy efficiency assessments.
• Assist in the selection of equipment and materials that align with project goals and budget.
• Identify and resolve MEP-related issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports and test certifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of one years of experience in MEP engineering for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of relevant local codes and standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
