Mep Engineer
Job Description
Duties and Tasks:
• Responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work of a building under construction.
• Who can work closely with architects and other stakeholders to design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that meet the specific needs and requirements of a building. They analyze the building's layout and purpose to determine the most appropriate system design.
• Ensure that all the systems they design and install comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Who can provide cost estimates for the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, helping project managers and clients to budget appropriately.
• Overseeing the installation of systems to ensure that the work is carried out correctly and meets the design specifications.
• Conduct testing and commissioning to ensure that all systems function correctly and meet the performance standards.
• Diagnose problems and find solutions to rectify them.
