Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Technical Drawings: Create detailed 2D drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing (drainage and water supply), and electrical systems.
• Develop MEP and HVAC diagrams. Interpret architectural and engineering concepts into precise technical drawings.
• Experience in developing Load schedules and SLD Prepare detailed coordination drawings,Wall coordination Drawings, RCPs etc.
• Prepare Asbuilt drawings Prepare Drawings as per authority guidelines for submission (DM,DEWA)

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize computer-aided drafting tools such as AutoCAD to produce accurate 2D drawings, sections, elevations, and calculations.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and other project team members to ensure seamless integration of MEP services with other building components.
• Coordinate MEP plans and details.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about local authority regulations and requirements related to MEP systems.
• Prepare as-built drawings reflecting any modifications during construction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• In-depth understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) , DEWA regulations.

Experience:

• Previous experience as an MEP draughtsman or similar role (Min 2-3 years of GCC experience).
• Knowledge of Dubai's construction industry.

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred
