Mep Draughtsman
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop MEP drawings viz. layouts, schematics, and detailed designs.
2. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings align with project requirements and site conditions.
3. Adhere to pertinent codes and standards, as deemed right
4. Review and update drawings based on feedback and modifications
5. Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
6. Must have expertise in the detail drawing to produce shop drawings as per the design and specifications.
7. Strong understanding of the local body regulations (DEWA, DCD, ADCD and ADDC)
8. Assist in generating material take-offs and quantities for MEP systems based on project requirements and specifications.
9. Support in preparing documentation required for permit approvals and inspections by local authorities in the UAE.
10. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from construction phase to occupancy and operation.
NOTES
1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, drafting, or a related field.
2. Candidate should be available to join immediately. Interview and trade test can be done in person only. Candidates outside UAE needn't apply.
3. Should be able to work independently and as a team player
4. Freshers having strong command in AutoCAD will also be considered
