Job Description
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma or certification in drafting, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), or a related field. Programs often cover subjects like technical drawing, blueprint reading, and CAD software usage.
• 3 to 6 years experience
Professional Skills and Competencies
• Technical Drawing Skills:
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings and blueprints for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• CAD Proficiency:
• Expertise in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Ability to create, modify, and manage 2D and 3D drawings.
• Understanding of MEP Systems:
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and how they integrate into building structures.
• Attention to Detail:
• Precision in drafting and the ability to identify and correct errors in designs.
• Analytical Skills:
• Ability to interpret engineering specifications, technical manuals, and other documents to create accurate drawings.
• Communication Skills:
• Effective communication with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and coordinate with other team members.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
