Job Description

Ability to prepare neat and accurate drawings in AutoCAD,

Prepare drawings accordingly to consultant or design requirement.

Prepare MEP concept drawings (drainage, water supply & HVAC)

Taking quantity for the required materials & prepare BOQ.

Should have knowledge in electrical services & able to modify the drawing.

Able to read the Architecture, Structural and Elevation drawings.

Prepare complete detailed shop drawings of drainage, water supply, Firefighting & HVAC using proper layers with all necessary sections & elevations by coordinating with electrical, civil & architectural team.

Revise the drawings by coordinating with the site team.

Work progress layout drawings as per the site information.

Prepare survey layouts with coordinates.

Prepare manhole schedules, HVAC schedule, schematic diagrams etc.

Taking the quantity for required materials.

Prepare underground MEP coordination drawing as per the coordinates with all the necessary sections by checking the clashes.

Prepare RCP layouts by coordinating with the team.

Should have good knowledge in civil & architectural floor plans & sections to make sections for MEP services.

Able to prepare shop drawings for site activities.

Able to prepare builders works drawing.

Coordinate with site team & prepare as build drawings as per coordinates for the project handover.

•Skills and Qualifications: •

• At least 2-4-year experience in the same role in construction industry from UAE
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory and other drafting tools are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to interpret and translate sketches and verbal instructions into detailed drawings.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address design issues and modifications during construction.

Pay: AED3,000\.00 - AED4,000\.00 per month
