Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in construction engineering field.



• Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs and execute the work at site.
• Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new works.
• Perform engineering calculations to support design work.
• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.
• Should be able to prepare BOQ and BOM as per design.
• Should have good knowledge of HVAC installation and plumbing works.
• Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
• Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Prepare the proposal, design, and calculations for the water filtration and desalination process.
• Assist in the scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
• Assist in the installation of MEP work.
• Follow the company's QHSE policies and procedures, and contribute to achieving the company's QHSE objectives.
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of the MEP Subcontractor.
• Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit or similar to prepare the SHOP DRAWING
• Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
• Should have a bachelor's degree OR Diploma in mechanical engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
