Hiring: MEP Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced

MEP Draftsman

with a minimum of

3 years of experience

using AutoCAD, specifically in

RESTAURANT

KITCHEN MEP design

,

Custom Stainless Steel Fabrication

.

What We Expect:

Monitor ongoing design activities, especially

shop drawings

and

detailed drawings

, ensuring they meet the requirements of

consultants

and

clients

. Must have hands-on experience in

MEP design

and

detailed drafting

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

technical drawings

based on rough sketches, specifications, and calculations from engineers, surveyors, and architects. Review and correct drawings to ensure compliance with

standards, specifications, and design requirements

. Develop

construction-ready drawings

from sketches, specifications, and field notes. Perform

MEP calculations

for

HVAC, plumbing, piping, electrical works, and small substations

. Implement

design modifications

, including

piping, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts

. Identify and justify

design deviations

when necessary. Ensure

accurate and detailed MEP design

documentation. Report to the

Design Manager

and

MEP Manager

to ensure smooth coordination. Familiarity with

local regulations and procedures

is required. Ability to conduct

quick and accurate hand calculations

to validate design work.
