Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings for construction projects using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Draft layouts for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineer and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in the UAE, with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and electromechanical processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drawing preparation.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly with MEP projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Revit or other 3D modeling software is an advantage.

Candidates must be located in the UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
