Duties include:

We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman (Female only) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand MEP system requirements.
• Develop detailed coordination drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Identify and resolve clashes and conflicts in MEP systems through effective coordination.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an MEP Coordination Draftsman or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting and coordination software.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and their coordination requirements.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in MEP coordination on construction projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination software. -Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination principles.
• Ability to identify and resolve clashes in coordination drawings.

Skills Required:

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years UAE experience in similar field
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD)
• Ability to draw manually is desirable but not essential.
