Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman with a proven track record in the UAE construction industry. As an MEP Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on project specifications and requirements. This role requires a thorough understanding of local regulations, standards, and practices in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed MEP drawings, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural plans.
• Ensure drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve design issues.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in the UAE construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Previous experience working with consulting firms or contractors in the UAE.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
