We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP draftsman who will be responsible for integrating electrical, and plumbing systems into our interior design and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with our design team to ensure that MEP elements align seamlessly with the overall vision of our projects :

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed MEP drawings in coordination - .with the overall interior design concept Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and - other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into .project plans Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, - .and industry standards Conduct site surveys to assess existing MEP .conditions and propose solutions Prepare and review technical drawings, - .specifications, and cost estimates Coordinate with external consultants and - .contractors to ensure smooth project execution Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, - .and best practices in MEP design

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year proven experience as an MEP Designer, - preferably in the UAE's interior design or .construction industry Proven expertise in VRV systems as well as Chilled - .Water, Pump, and Filtration systems Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other relevant design software Assisting in the material quantities, and project - timelines Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their - .integration with interior design Familiarity with local building codes, regulations and DEWA standards .Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving .
