We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team at Splash Building Contracting LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local codes, and collaboration with engineers and project teams. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.

Collaborate with engineers to develop design concepts and produce technical drawings.

Review, revise, and update drawings based on project specifications, changes, or client feedback.

Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, industry standards, and project requirements.

Participate in site visits to gather data and resolve design-related issues.

Coordinate with the construction team to address installation concerns and ensure accurate implementation.

Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman or in a similar role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail with a strong ability to interpret technical specifications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineers and project teams.

A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
