Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Designer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and schedule.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing design experience
• Fit-out/hospitality projects experience is required
• UAE Experience as MEP Engineer
• Immediate joiners, VISIT, CANCELLED VISA
• Can speak English very well. Understanding Arabic is a plus
• BOQ working knowledge is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP designs, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Perform calculations for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and local codes.
• Conduct site visits to gather data, inspect installations, and ensure quality control.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot design challenges and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and code changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in MEP design and engineering.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
