Job Title:

MEP Coordinator

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 08-10 years of relevant experience in coordinating MEP services for multi-storied buildings, hotels, commercial complexes and villas.

- Ensure MEP work is carried out within required quality, cost, and time constraints.

- Coordinate and manage MEP-related material, equipment, and drawing submittals in accordance with project specifications.

- Follow up on procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Oversee MEP site execution, ensuring compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.

- Review, control, and approve MEP subcontractor work procedures and method statements.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet project specifications.

- Liaise with Consultants, MEP Supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant authorities.

- Ensure MEP subcontractors maintain organized and compliant documentation.

- Oversee the preparation and submission of As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, and related documents.

- Verify that MEP valuations align with project progress and review variations.

- Coordinate with government authorities for power, water, and sewerage requirements.
